The Coin Method

The coin method is our current way of determining your nail sizes. However, it is often easily confused so we’re here to give you a full demonstration on how to successfully execute the coin method.

Instructions

  1. Start by finding a coin
  2. Then find a FLAT surface to place your hand and coin
  3. Take a picture of your index, middle, ring and pinkie fingers next to your coin on a flat surface
  4. Then take a SEPARATE picture with only your thumb next to the coin, still on the flat surface
  5. Repeat these steps for your other hand and other thumb

Things to note:

  • Please use a British coin
  • You can still do the method if your wearing acrylics (however it is more ideal without acrylics)
  • A bed is not a flat surface
  • Your fingers also need to be placed on the surface flat

The method will not work if:

  • Your surface is not flat
  • The angle your taking the photo isn’t flat
  • You send a picture of your fingers and thumb in the same photo
